Is it for both feet?
Yes, Pedineo® is sold in pairs. You will therefore receive 2 orthopaedic correctors: 1 for the right foot and 1 for the left foot.
How long should I use Pedineo®?
The length of time the splint is used will depend on the progress of the deformity. You will see visible results after 2 weeks of daily use.
Is the correction painful?
The correction is painless, gentle and takes place over weeks/months.
Can I wear heels during the correction?
Tight heels and shoes should be avoided as much as possible because the cause of hallux valgus is often due to wearing them. Continuing to wear tight shoes and heels will slow down the correction.
